When we first visited this beautiful house in North London, it was looking very different to how it’s ended up. Recent times had seen the house split into different flats and bedsits but it has now been opened up to one family home again. The client had a clear vision for how she wanted the kitchen to look. Big, tall storage units to accentuate the high ceilings. Bright, light cabinets to give the room a sense of space. Plenty of work surface area for preparation of meals for a busy household. We love the way the client has kept the original floorboards and darkened them down to give the contrast needed with the rest of the bright and airy room. To date, this kitchen is one of our absolute favourites.
