The first step in our virtual design process is to arrange a telephone consultation to discuss your functional needs and design aspirations. Simply call or email us today to schedule an exploration call with one of our kitchen designers. During the call, we’ll ask how you want to use your kitchen, what physical space you have and what your aesthetic goals are.
And if you don’t yet know all the answers to our questions, don’t worry. We’ve been crafting bespoke kitchens for many years, and with our renowned attention to detail, we’ll gladly advise on what will work best for you and your family.
Once we have an understanding of your requirements, we can start our design proposal.
Stage 2. The Design Proposal
We’ll create a preliminary design proposal for your bespoke, handmade, Shaker kitchen, and your kitchen designer will schedule a Zoom call with you to present the initial ideas.
We’re passionate about what we do and it’s incredibly important to us that you love your new kitchen as much as we do, so we welcome any feedback you may have. We’ll listen to your suggestions and refine our design, finalising a handcrafted Shaker kitchen that is as unique as you.

Stage 3. The Final Custom Design
Once we have incorporated all your feedback, we’re ready to present your final custom-designed Shaker kitchen.
We’ll arrange another call with your kitchen designer to talk you through the full-colour render of your new kitchen. At this stage, you’ll be able to truly visualise what your new kitchen will look like in the heart of your home.
Stage 4. Your Order
Providing you’re happy with the design, now’s the time to place an order for your new Shaker kitchen and our artisans will begin to prepare.
The design won’t become absolutely final until 6 weeks before the manufacture though, so you can still make tweaks if needed.
